It protects and regulates the relationship between management and workers currently employed externally. -Questioning and checking the references written by the candidates who will apply for a job.

-Providing positive notification to the personnel whose job application is positive or informing the rejected personnel.

-Following the development processes of the personnel, dismissing them when necessary.

-Recruiting new staff and checking their suitability.

-Implementation of disciplinary penalties in accordance with the procedures of the company he works for.

-Giving the necessary trainings and organizing activities to prevent the neglected mobbing type of psychological harassment, informing the managers about the subject.
